4. General Technical Description
The equipment is mainly composed of the furnace frame assembly, furnace chamber assembly, and temperature control system.
4.1 Furnace Body Design
The external frame of the equipment is assembled and welded by profiles, and the external hanging plate is bent and welded by high-quality sheet metal, and the surface is treated with high-temperature plastic spraying.
4.2 Furnace Chamber Design
The inside of the furnace chamber is built with high-temperature resistant alumina products, which has the characteristics of small heat capacity, good heat preservation performance, fast heating-up speed, energy conservation, time saving, and good temperature field uniformity. The heating element is a silicon-molybdenum rod, which is installed vertically and arranged on the left and right sides of the furnace chamber to ensure the temperature uniformity in the furnace chamber.
4.3 Air Intake Design
During use, air can be introduced into the furnace chamber, and the air intake flow is controlled by a glass rotor flowmeter, with a measuring range of 10 to 100LPM.
4.4 Temperature Control System
4.4.1 Temperature Measurement: The control points are measured by a B-scale thermocouple;
4.4.2 Control Instrument: It is controlled by a Japanese Shima Denki intelligent regulator, which has multiple alarm and protection functions such as PID parameter self-tuning, high-temperature upper limit alarm, and thermocouple failure indication;
4.4.3 Control Mode: Power adjustment and voltage regulation control;
4.4.4 Over-temperature Treatment: When the over-temperature phenomenon occurs, the temperature over-temperature alarm system will immediately send out acoustic and optical alarm signals and cut off the heating at the same time, and the buzzer will emit a continuous alarm sound.
