The HBF300-13 high-temperature box furnace uses silicon carbide rods inserted in ceramic tubes as heating elements. The heating elements are arranged in the upper, middle, and lower sections, ensuring uniform temperature distribution in the furnace chamber. It is easy to operate and suitable for various laboratory processes.

Equipment Installation and Usage Conditions

  1. The equipment must be installed indoors, with an ambient temperature of 0ºC to 40ºC. The indoor environment should be free of flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
  2. The equipment requires a floor area of at least 5 square meters, with a working space length of at least 2.5 meters, width of at least 2 meters, and height of at least 3 meters. The foundation should be solid and level, and the furnace weighs approximately 850kg.
  3. The power supply for the furnace must be a three-phase five-wire AC power line, 380±10%V, 50±2%Hz. This power line should be dedicated, and large power conversion equipment such as welding machines, electric furnaces, and metal cutting machines should not be connected to the same distribution.
  4. The equipment must be reliably grounded.
