The Electric Purification Furnace is a device designed for treating sintering exhaust gases. The exhaust gas must not contain pollutants such as nitrogen oxides, sulfides, HCl, or other contaminants. Organic pollutants in the exhaust gas are incinerated in the Electric Purification Furnace to ensure emissions meet standards. The furnace employs electric heating for combustion, with a combustion temperature range of 750~850ºC.
Operating Environment and Requirements
- This system is designed for treating sintering exhaust gases. The electric purification furnace can only begin sintering operations after the system has started and reached the preset temperature.
- Ensure that the compressed air supply is stable and free from oil contamination.
- The system adopts a three-phase five-wire power supply method. It is required to maintain a three-phase voltage of 380V ± 5% and provide a grounding terminal (≤10Ω). The operating environment for the electrical control cabinet should maintain a temperature between -20ºC and 40ºC, humidity <85%, and be free from harmful gases and electromagnetic interference.
- Before the first system startup, check that all valves and pressure gauges are in the appropriate open or closed positions.
- Verify that the power supply meets the required specifications.
